Paul Marquez

Paul retired from the State of Oklahoma in February 2022 and joined the LEAD Agency shortly after. As a Community Organizer he is using tools to get people to work together to solve their own problems and change the world for the better. “Just because we are rural it does not mean we cannot change the world.
